All Bakery de France products are long fermentation artisan baked goods made with no un-natural additives, preservatives, or inhibitors. All bread and rolls are Kof-K Kosher parve and breakfast items are Kof-K dairy. All Bakery de France products (breads, rolls and breakfast products) contain Zero Trans-Fats.
