When Anthony P. Catelli, Sr. established Anthony Catelli Wholesale Meats in Philadelphia in 1946, his strict attention to detail and determination to be the best served as the foundation of Catelli Brothers today. Sons Tony and Jim, along with Antoinette Catelli, launched Catelli Brothers in 1981.

Today Catelli Brothers operates as the largest veal and lamb company in the U.S., employing more than 300 people in 3 state of the art facilities.
